Linda Klein worked tirelessly to help us sell our home.  She understands how to read the market and current trends.  This expertise helped us create a proactive selling plan -- THAT WORKED IN A VERY TOUGH ECONOMIC CLIMATE!  Also, during the time we were trying to sell our home, different repairs were required and Linda came through again - having great contacts and helping to ensure the work was completed.  Being out of town, you really need someone who is responsible and conscientious and Linda was all that and more.  She was our eyes and ears in Sebring and helped to ensure our house was always show ready.  Linda is great to work with and has very innovative ideas.  The best advise I could give anyone trying to sell a house in the Sebring area is to hire Linda and then listen to her.
